Shipping & Returns
A flat-rate of $6 will be applied to all U.S. standard shipments. All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekend orders which are shipped on Monday).
Free shipping is available on orders greater than $50 (USD).*Please note: qualifying order total is based on price of products excluding tax and shipping fees.
Large and/or heavy items may have special shipping prices detailed on the product page.
Local shoppers may elect to pick up their items from our warehouse in Lowry City, MO. Choose the option "Customer Pickup" at checkout. We will contact you by email to set up a pickup time and discuss directions to our showroom.

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. *Please see partial refund policy details below!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns of intimates, sanitary goods, gift cards, downloadable products, health or personal care items.
We do not require a receipt for returns though very helpful in the process!

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is subject to a lesser refund due to seasonal sale price changes. If the retail price of the returned item has been marked down in our system, the refund amount will reflect the new sale price. We will honor the full refund of the item if it was returned within the 30 day window regardless of the new price in our store.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your Rustic Honey account.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please send us an email at email@example.com. We will confirm your exchange and then prompt you to return your item to: 4460 NE 800 Rd Osceola Missouri US 64776. The new item will be sent out upon receipt of the exchanged size.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, upon receipt and approval of the return, we will credit your store account with the refund and an additional $6.00 (flat-rate) to cover the shipping costs you incurred during the return process.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Most customers receive their shipments in 2-5 business days.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We recommend USPS Priority Mail with tracking. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
